FAQ

What does Path Biomedical do?

As of 2023, Path Biomedical makes consumer products and toys. As of 2024, Path Biomedical began selling medical devices and assistive technology. Follow our social media pages for announcements!

My family receives services from RCC. What does Path Biomedical mean for me?

Path Biomedical does not change your relationship to the Rehabilitation Centre for Children (RCC). If you are a client of RCC, the products sold by Path Biomedical may look familiar. This is because most of our products are licensed from RCC to be sold to people who may not be clients of RCC. RCC clients are always welcome to purchase products from Path Biomedical, but RCC clients may be entitled to some of these devices directly from RCC.

Why is Path Biomedical a non-profit?

Path Biomedical was started with the purpose of increasing access to assistive technology. Being a non-profit means we are committed to that purpose instead of maximizing profits or focusing solely on generating revenue.

We need a product that is similar to what you sell

Path Biomedical manufactures most of its own products. If you need a product similar to a product we currently sell, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you!

I'm a vendor and I would like to sell Path Products

While we will always make our products available direct to consumers, we rely on vendors who share our vision, mission, and values to extend our reach. If you are located in Canada and would like to sell Path products or provide Path products to your clients, please reach out to partnerships@pathbiomedical.ca.
